Service Description

Standard Piano Tuning in Cheltenham. Outside Cheltenham will incur an additional charge for time and travel. Pitch raising or tuning after a move may require multiple tunings to bring the piano back into stability. Tuning takes roughly 45 minutes. Please make sure you are home up-to15 minutes before a booked time slot as we are likely traveling directly from a prior appointment. Please be aware: Any appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior or any no shows on the day will incur a fee.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior will incur a £25 fee. This is because we are self employed and we lose that time in our diary with no time to reschedule another appointment. No show (client not home at time of booking) - £50 call out charge. This has not only spent our time but also fuel. Please make sure you are home up-to15 minutes before a booked time slot as we are likely traveling directly from a prior appointment.
